Article Suggests Link Between 9/11 and Behavior Trouble in Preschoolers
Recently published was the results of a study by Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The results suggest a link between 9/11 and troubling behavior in preschoolers as well as the increased risk of troubling behavior in children who had been exposed to more then one traumatic incident. I found the findings interesting and it brings to light that even the youngest children are affected to some degree by traumatic incidents even if exposure is limited and we as parents think they are too young to be affected or understand.
