What Are They Thinking? Who’s To Blame?

It seems like every night when I watch the news there is another story about kids assaulting other kids and posting or planning to post the video on the Internet. I ask myself each time what are these kid’s thinking? Do they find some kind of amusement in this? Are they just bad kids? Are their parents partially to blame?
